Rooted in Mexican-American heritage and Californian pop culture, Coachella Valley artists Armando Lerma and Carlos Ramirez offer satire and commentary, frequently on behalf of the oppressed. Their work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego, The Jonathan Levine Gallery New York, and the Oakland Museum of California.
